we're completely nuts for this season’s strong shoulders. we're not looking for that overly padded, footbally look that was so in vogue in the 80’s lol but most of the new shoulder pads are smaller, more delicate, and a little pointy.this dress is definitely a keeper because it balances out your hips, should you need such a slimming device. some may be thinking of pairing it with sheer hose, delicate t-straps and pearls for this baby, but we know a lot of girls are gonna take it totally rocker with black booties and heavy chains.either way, it’s definitely gonna work.get it or regret it later ;)
